We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

In this role, you will work closely with other AI engineers, software developers, and product stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that drive business outcomes. Success in this position looks like performing rapid proof-of-concepts, moving successful outcomes to an MVP, then delivering production-ready AI solutions that improve decision-making, automate complex tasks, and generate measurable impact for the organization.

This role is critical to advancing our AI strategy and integrating cutting-edge technology into our products and services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML), Azure OpenAI, Gemini and related services
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to prepare data for AI / ML models, using tools like Azure Data Factory and MS Fabric
Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI / ML solutions that deliver clear value
Optimize model performance, monitor drift, and manage the lifecycle of AI models in production
Implement responsible AI practices including fairness, explainability, and compliance with ethical guidelines
Automate model training, testing, and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps and MLOps practices
Stay current with advances in Azure AI services, generative AI, LLMs, and emerging trends to recommend innovative solutions
Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing across the team
Follow standard DevOps practices with ADO and Github

Qualifications

Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python and C# .NET
Proficiency with Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and AI Foundry
Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, vector db, embeddings, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
Experience with MLOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or MLflow
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

2–3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI / ML solutions, with at least 2 years on Azure
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally

Job description

Analytical Intelligence is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who will drive the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Accelerator for our clients. You’ll bring a strong blend of technical configuration skills, Power Platform expertise, and Copilot/AI-augmented sales process experience. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data/AI teams to build a scalable, high-performing CRM environment that significantly improves sales productivity and pipeline quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales core modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards.
Implement and optimize Sales Accelerator: intelligent work lists, sequences, Up Next widgets, predictive lead/opportunity scoring.
Configure Power Platform components: Power Apps/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data model, security roles/teams, custom connectors as needed.
Integrate and configure Copilot features (for example, Copilot in Dynamics, embedded AI/ML insights, automation of conversational or context-driven tasks).
Collaborate with data/integration teams to define and implement data migration strategies, system integrations (ERP, Excel), data cleansing, and enrichment.
Lead UAT planning and execution: develop test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing sessions, capture feedback and coordinate issue resolution.
Dashboard and report creation with Power BI
Provide role-based training and hand-off documentation: sales reps, managers, admins.
Ensure post-go-live hyper-care support and continuous optimization of the CRM environment.
Monitor usage, adoption and performance of Sales Accelerator and Power Platform artefacts, and propose improvements to increase ROI.
System administration of platform, including backups, testing recovery, performance management.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on implementation and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Proven experience configuring Sales Accelerator: building sequences, work lists, predictive scoring, sales process automation.
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI), including building flows, apps, and integrations.
Experience configuring or deploying Copilot or AI-augmented features within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong understanding of sales processes: lead management, opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and sales-force automation.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and managing dependencies across business systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations/designs.
Ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid project environments.
Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or equivalent
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, or conversational AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Familiarity with Agile/Sure Step project methodology.
Experience working with large enterprise sales teams or global rollouts.

Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are not looking for a traditional BA or PM — we are looking for a mature, technically-savvy professional (4-6+ years of experience) who can act as the bridge between our clients, our technical team of AI engineers, and the founder/leadership, to ensure successful delivery of projects and to gradually take ownership of client engagements, delivery operations and resource planning.
In this role you will:

Work directly with clients to understand and document requirements for new AI/Cloud/DevOps projects.
Manage our technical team (AI engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps) through project execution — helping them plan, track, and deliver using tools like Azure DevOps boards.
Setup, maintain and optimize our project workflow: define tasks, backlog, sprint planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, status reporting.
Support resource planning: forecasting team capacity, aligning skills to projects, balancing workloads, identifying staffing gaps.
Assist the founder in operating delivery functions day-to-day, and over time take full ownership of these functions so the founder can focus on growth.
Over time assist with pre-sales/client-facing activities and move toward account / portfolio management: build relationships, help craft proposals, support scope / estimation, transition into ongoing client engagement/portfolio delivery.
Be a “people person” who understands technology: you’ll need to communicate effectively with engineers, and explain to clients what is technically feasible, and drive execution through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as project lead for assigned engagements: define scope, deliverables, timeline, roles, risk & issues, success criteria.
Set up and maintain Azure DevOps (or similar) boards: backlog, sprints, tasks, stories, bugs, dependencies.
Track project status, coordinate with engineers, escalate and manage risks/blocks, ensure timely delivery and quality.
Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and translate into user stories/technical tasks for the engineers.
Resource planning and capacity management: maintain a view of team capacity, skill-sets, allocation to projects, and highlight bottlenecks or hiring needs.
Support operational improvement: refine processes, implement best practices for agile delivery, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication.
Build strong working relationships internally (engineers, founder, leadership) and externally (clients).
As you grow in the role: contribute to pre-sales activities: help craft solutions, interface with prospective clients, support pricing/scoping discussions. Then transition into account/portfolio management: managing existing client relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, ensuring high client satisfaction and delivery health.

Required Qualifications

4-6+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, business analysis — ideally in a software/AI/cloud environment.
Strong understanding of technology (cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, DevOps practices, AI/ML concepts) — you don’t have to be a deep AI coder, but you must understand enough to guide engineers and speak credibly to clients.
Experience managing technical teams (engineers, DevOps etc.) and coordinating their work.
Strong business analysis skills: gathering requirements from clients, translating into tasks/stories for engineers, managing scope changes.
Comfortable using and managing Agile/Scrum/DevOps-style project tools (like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
Excellent communication skills: able to talk both to clients (non-technical) and engineers (technical); strong stakeholder management.
Resource planning/capacity planning experience or strong interest/aptitude for it.
Self-starter, willing to step in and take ownership, strong organisational skills, attention to detail.
Mature interpersonal skills: you will help lead a growing team, collaborate across functions, build client trust.

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications

Exposure to AI/ML projects (e.g., helping deliver ML, Data Pipelines, &/or AI solutions).
Exposure to cloud implementations (Azure or AWS) and (not hands-on) experience with cloud services.
Experience with sales or pre-sales/client engagement (even if small part) and interest in moving toward a hybrid role of delivery + account management over time.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master/Agile, Azure DevOps
