Analytical Intelligence International, LLC (“Analytical Intelligence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information in connection with our Azure-based products, applications, services, and related support offerings made available directly by us or through Microsoft commercial marketplace channels, including Azure Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource, where applicable.

 

By accessing or using our products or services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

For purposes of applicable privacy laws, Analytical Intelligence International, LLC is generally the controller of personal information we collect directly for our own business purposes, such as account management, support, billing coordination, security, and communications.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

* our Azure-based software products and related services;
* product trial, evaluation, demo, and support interactions;
* account, billing, and administrative communications;
* information collected through our website where it relates to our products and services.

This Privacy Policy does not override any separate written agreement with a customer, including a master services agreement, data processing agreement, or enterprise contract. Where such an agreement applies, that agreement may govern specific data handling obligations between the parties.

a. Contact and Account Information

This may include:

  • name

  • business email address

  • phone number

  • company name

  • job title

  • billing or account administration details

 

b. Technical and Device Information

This may include:

  • IP address

  • session and diagnostic data

  • approximate location derived from IP address

c. Product Usage and Telemetry Information

This may include:

  • feature usage

  • configuration data

  • performance metrics

  • crash reports

  • service health and diagnostic information

d. Customer Content and Business Data

Our products may process data, datasets, prompts, files, configurations, or other content submitted by customers or users (“Customer Data”). We do not access Customer Data except:

as needed to provide the service;

  • where access is initiated or authorized by the customer;

  • for security, maintenance, backup, legal compliance, or troubleshooting purposes;

  • as otherwise described in a customer agreement.

e. Marketplace and Transaction Information

If our offer is obtained through Microsoft commercial marketplace channels, we may receive information such as customer contact details, transaction information, subscription or order details, and certain usage information as permitted through Microsoft’s marketplace processes.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and services;

  • to authenticate users and manage accounts;

  • to provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to inquiries;

  • to monitor service performance, reliability, and security;

  • to send service notices, updates, release information, and administrative communications;

  • to analyze usage trends and improve functionality, usability, and product quality;

  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;

  • to protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.

  • We do not sell personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

a. Service Providers and Contractors

We may share information with trusted service providers, contractors, and subprocessors that help us operate our business, host infrastructure, provide support, monitor performance, or secure our services. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our products may interoperate with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft commercial marketplace services, and other third-party platforms, APIs, or integrations. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent privacy or security practices.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights and legal basis to submit data to our products and to configure the product in compliance with their own legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

 

11. Children’s Privacy

Our products and services are intended for business and enterprise use and are not directed to children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
